Can I sell my shares again?

How do I get started?
You subscribe to the Cometum One product you want through your existing brokerage or investment account, where available. Open an account, verify, subscribe. We handle the rest, from structuring and custody to reporting. The number of participating platforms is growing continuously.
What’s the maturity of my investment?
Cometum One is late-stage growth equity with a target term of around three years, considerably shorter than classic private equity, which typically locks up capital for a decade. Your investment is realized at the company’s exit or IPO, and in future also via the emerging secondary market. The exact term of each product is set out in its documentation.
What does Cometum One cost?
Cometum charges a one-time, transparent fee at purchase. After that, there’s no annual management fee and no carry on your gains. You’ll find the full cost breakdown in the product documents.
